Dominique Gadson

President and Founder

MSW, LSW, Certified Etiquette & Manners from Swann School of Protocol, Life Purpose Coach Certified, Bachelors in Sociology, Masters in Social work from Simmons University, Masters in Philosophy from Walden University, and attending Walden University for Ph.D. in Human social services specialty Conflict Management & Negotiation. Lean Sigma Six Certified and Member of National Society Leadership Success.

Dominique Gadson is the founder of the Gadson BluePrint Academy and its Executive Director. Since 2017, she has been teaching students the importance of manners. The many courses offered are designed to bring back to our culture of old-school Manners and Etiquette, which is being depleted today. Having experience and highly effective at resolving crises, working with culturally diverse and marginalized populations, and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams, patients, families, and the community, Dominique has developed a quality curriculum that is taught to Academy students and provides a mentorship program.

By teaching proper etiquette, communications, and professional development in her lively workshops and innovative courses, she inspires others, not only external mannerisms, but internal attributes such as high morals, beliefs, norms, and ethics are the courses' subjects taught.

As an accomplished Psychotherapist with a background as a Human Resources Sergeant who has served in the United States Army, she also has a Masters's in Social Work Masters's in Philosophy, Qualified as a Psychotherapist, encompasses her schooling and clinical experience. Life building and encouragement as a life coach. Dominique is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

For several commercial and social functions, Dominique is a keynote speaker. She is also busy supporting her family, attending church; Dominique has shown significant organizational plans, expertise in identifying diagnosis, reducing negative behaviors, and improving clients' lives. She was servicing various populations such as Foster Care youth, children, adolescents, adults, families, homeless individuals, Soldiers, gang-affiliated, and implementing interventions to build upon parental skills and providing a background in-depth in preparation of strategic assessments for companies.
